Come hear the Errol and Leticia Baker share from their wealth of experience as veteran foster and adoptive parents. The Bakers have been married for 28 years. They entered the foster care world 22 years ago. Since then they’ve fostered six children, adopted three, and had one biological child. Their four kids are ages 24 to 15 years old.

Errol is a firefighter with LA County Fire Department. Leticia is a former elementary school teacher. She became a stay-at-home mom when she became a mother.
