Come hear 16 year-old Angie Ashford speak about her experience in foster care and in her forever home, and Perla Lozano share from her experience as a peer mentor for teens in the system. Dinner will be served for both adults and children (pizza in childcare). RSVPs required by March 2.

Come hear 16 year-old Angie Ashford speak about her experience in foster care and what life is like now adopted, and Perla Lozano share from her experience as a peer mentor for teens in the foster care system.
Perla Lozano experienced foster care as a teen and now coaches former foster youth at Doing Good Works, Irvine. She is also a peer mentor for former foster youth at the Orangewood Foundation. Perla graduated from CSUF with a major in Human Services and a specialty in mental health, and is now pursuing her Masters in Social Work.
Dinner will be served for both adults and children (pizza in childcare). RSVPs required by March 2.
